Resolutions

Resolution codes are used to do incident analysis. To create and maintain Resolutions is part of the System Administrator's job.

Keep resolutions simple and as few as possible. Every time a technician resolves a Call or Task, she will have to select a relevant resolution code. This task can become daunting if resolution codes are many and fine grained.
