Customer Surveys

The Orax SDI Survey module provides the ability to create custom questionnaires. By sending these questionnaires to employees or customers, you are able to quickly and efficiently assess weak areas of your service delivery or company, all inside the same service Portal.



Surveys can be linked to your website to receive public or customer evaluation.

NOTE: CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Ratings are integrated into both the Orax SDI Service Desk and the Sales Notes. This allows for automated ratings to be submitted by customers related to services and sales. These CSI scores are shown on the Service Desk and related reports and dashboards.
