Managing price lists

Price lists need to be updated on a regular bases to ensure that Reps and billing use the correct prices. Standard and customer price lists can be used for advanced pricing.






Volume Discounting
The inventory provides an add-on pricing feature for volume discounting. It is possible to add volume discount options to individual items based on discount brackets.

Create discount brackets with a quantity range, Eg. 20 to 40 units provides a 20% discount. Discounts will be applied to sales documents based on the applicable quantity of the line item. Discounts will only be applied if there are no manual discounts on the line item already.

Please note that volume discounts are not compatible with Batch Billing, as it includes its own discounting options. It is also important to note that Point of Sale and Online shopping may not be volume discounting compatible, based on specific scenarios.
