In order to effectively communicate with your customers, SDI provides functionality for sending emails or SMSs to groups of customers. Under the Customers modules, the Campaigns tab provides the ability to create a campaign, import a database and send surveys and news.
Campaigns can also be used to define (create) sources for the Sales pipeline.
Using a "Phone" campaign can be used to manage calling of customers. Orax Support is also able to create system caller function that enables the system to call customers in a campaign automatically to retrieve feedback or announce an update.
Please note that the campaign function is only meant for trusted customer communications - not for unsolicited marketing.
