The sales pipeline allows for better sales planning. It is an optional tool. It can either be linked to Sales Quotations (which means that quotations will automatically populate and manager the pipeline), or run independently of quotations.
The pipeline stages can be configured according to your needs.
Leads are captured and enter the sales pipeline at the Lead stage. From there leads can be disqualified or progressed to opportunities and quantified.
When a sales rep has a lead assigned to them it will automatically show up on their homepage.
