Tax and Financial Reports

Keep an eye on everything and make sure that your Taxes are paid. The Reports tab in the Ledgers module provides lots of reports for managing your company accounting.

Financial Reports & Tax submissions

Most of these reports run off the general ledger. If you have recently loaded new transactions, ensure that the general ledger is updated by posting transactions.
On the right are your tax submission reports.
The VAT and PAYE reports are used for monthly tax submissions.
On the left are your financial performance reports.
Use the income statement or profit and loss statement to measure and monitor your financial performance.
The trial balance can be used to export data to an external system.
Add notes for your accountant at the bottom on the right.
At the bottom of the page the validation buttons indicate whether your general ledger is up to date.
