Archiving and Processing

The archiving module is part of the "Documents" section, but can be enabled as a separate function in System settings. The archiving module allows your company to digitally archive large amounts of documents and files.

Secure Folders
Start by setting up secure folders in a hierarchical structure. Limit access to folders (and sub-folders) by adding teams or individuals who may access them.

Folder processing
Setup folder actions to allow approvals and notifications when new files are uploaded.

Advanced workflow processing
Orax is able to build extensive custom processes to deal with archiving content management and processing.
