Work Types

Almost all work, objects and events in SDI are linked to a Work Type. Work types are used in most reports to help managers and owners understand their environments and discover trends.

Create Work Types only after planning your setup. Work types should complement and not compete with Categories. Work types can be flagged as a change item. When a work type is flagged as a change, it will populate the Change Management area of reports.

Work Types are defined in Settings.
