Shift Administration

As with schedules, SDI used the Shift Administration feature to keep track of holidays (non-working days) on an annual basis. These need to be updated every year with new holidays or changes.

Non-working days are important in SDI as it will prevent Task assignment on those days.
Please consult with the Vendor before changing these.
