Using the integrated modules (Sales and Customer Accounts), you are able to connect with your customers on a very efficient level. You have direct insight into sales, services and locations related to your customer as well as incidents, accounts, contacts, tasks, meetings, notes and much more.

In Orax SDI there are two distinct Sales features that we identify and facilitate. On the one hand, you put a lot of effort into selling and we manage this process in the "Sales Effort" tools. On the other hand, your sales effort is rewarded by converting quotations/proposals into sales. This is managed in the Sales Quotations and Sales pipeline features. It is practical to use both of these modules in your company, or just one. Both are targeted at more efficient sales team management.
