SDI creates Calls when email is sent to a configured email address. Unsolicited SPAM messages to this email address will result in unwanted, invalid Calls being created in the SDI system.
A SPAM filter can be turned on by setting the spam_checking parameter to TRUE. This will prevent Call logging in the following cases:
1. When the number of recipients (of the email) is more than 20.
2. When the sending domain is not configured in the SDI system as the Email field of a Site.
