Custom User Profile

It is possible to create a custom record and link it to the User Accounts on an Orax SDI portal. This will show up under Account Settings for each user on that portal.

Once the record is linked, you may hide it from certain users, based on team membership. Under Settings you'll be able to list teams that should not have/show the custom profile.

Custom Profiles are mostly used for customer records in order to collect additional information for the user. Note customer accounts with custom development do have a different license fee.
