Accounts receivable (customers)

The Debtors tab in the Ledgers menu can be used to manage your customer accounts.
These are receivables that your customer owe the company.

Customer and Supplier ageing

The information presented on this page is sourced from the general ledger.
If you have recently imported bank transactions or created new sales documents, first post these transactions to the general ledger before viewing this report.

The customer accounts are presented by monthly periods. These are the ageing records of your trade receivables. Amounts for each account are shown for:
The current month, Thirty days, Sixty days, Ninety days and a hundred and twenty days or more.

A 12 month trend is also shown to help you understand how your receivables are changing over time. You can click any of the months in the trend graph to view a breakdown of that particular month in the bottom list.

The detail report at the bottom has links for every customer to view the:
1. General Ledger account.
2. The customer account.
3. The current customer statement.
